It makes sense. Sanchez has a future on this team because of his contract, Tebow does not. Why play Tebow?

He's guaranteed a spot on this team by his contract. But he's not guaranteed a start even if he throws 50/50 for 500 yards and 37 TDs. He will be in competition because anyoen they pick up won't be better than average. DOn't even suggest 38+TDs, he clearly does not have the talent level for that type of performance

really? because once again you have a few games to go off of,where tebow suprised a few people. It would have been exposed for the weak wacko shit it was. We have 2 seasons of afccgs,one mediocre season and one shit season in which our back up must have been so fucking pathertic in practice that no matter how bad things got,he couldnt get a shot. But yeah,it was REALLY because rex was afrais to succeed with tebow. . If Rex were to be fired,he would not be rehired as an HC,so why would he put his job security on the line,especially if it were the owner who wanted teabag?
