People aren't going to come back out to the stadium to see Greg McElroy play or Sanchez reinserted.

Right now the thought of Tebow as an option is stronger than anything else the Jets have to keep fans interested. As soon as the reality of Tebow at the helm of a bad team emerges things will get really bleak for the Jets, both on the field and in the stands.

This really is only fixable by Mark Sanchez at this point and I highly doubt that he can suddenly become a star QB with the people around him. I actually highly doubt that he can become more than a good game manager in the NFL at this point and those guys are only valuable to good teams that can support them well.
Believe me, I 100% agree. Tebow will attract fans for 2-3 games and fill the stadium, but thats about it. And then those fans who havent yet realized how bad he is will start to come around and this team will be worse off then now.

I mean pretty much if Tebow sees the field as a starting QB, we are tanking the and entering full rebuild... and that starts with a QB.

Essentially, putting Tebow in would be committing Geno-cide.

Hopefully with all these unsold seats and low ticket prices, traffic won't be as awful as usual.

Yes, I can blame him 100%.

Anybody with any common sense can realize that Woody cares more about headlines, selling seats and having the most attention than winning games. News flash- WINNING GAMES sells the most tickets asshole.

He and his front office have a put a shit show on display now and no one wants to pay money to watch it.

The Giants, Ravens, Patriots, Packers, Saints dont sell tickets through circus acts and winning headlines. People pay to watch a championship caliber team perform.

But the way I see it, unless we have a complete make over of the FO, meaning kicking Tanny to the curb, nothing means shit. Also, Cavanagh has to go too if we get a new QB to develop.

There goes my signed football!!!

They asked how she liked the 49ers game? That's like asking how do you like having needles stuck in your eyes.

this team will win less games with sanchez in. because not only is he not much better then tebow, but the team will/has quit on him and he isnt good enough to make players around him better or win without great skill players

with tebow, at least the team wont quit on him, he can improve the run game, TOP and our defense might play better allowing us to compete and maybe beat miami, indy, jax, st louis, etc.

with sanchez we wont beat those teams

Yup..they asked her how she liked the 49ers game.

Took less than that for her to turn around in her seat and punch a Bills fan right in the face at Rich Stadium!

Well, if the Jets do put Tebow in we'll probably be on the bubble for a top 6 pick, maybe top 8, and that might be good enough to get a real QB out of next year's draft.

The problem is the QB next year would be Tebow again and I don't know that anybody would have the patience to watch that again.

Thing is if they're willing to take $20 and under back for tickets they paid at least $50 per for, that means there's no market and 'any' tickets the Jets themselves have are not going to sell at full price when they're not even selling at a deep discount on the secondary market. Clearly the Jets aren't selling every ticket judging by the fan composition last week.

In the modern era of HD televisions and wide-ranging satellite/cable packages, watching from home for a fraction of the cost is just a more appealing option unless the team is great. And this year, it's definitely not.
I went to one game, granted I live on the Left Coast but I didn't care for the stadium at all. Parking was ridiculous, it took twenty minutes to get to our seats once we got into the stadium and food/non alcoholic beverages were insane. That being said it was preseason and there were tons of hot chicks wearing shoirt shorts...lol

That's the one plus to living out West. I'm stuck tonight as I am working but normally I can still go out and grab a late dinner or hit a bar after the game. The Reds/Giants game last night ended at like 9:30 my time but most of you guys were in bed already.
