Between Branch Gaffney Hightower Ware and Koppen... Cut Schilens. Guaranteed contract? That's what salary cap space that would likely have otherwise gone unused is for.

I completely agree except I'd rather have Ganaway than Hightower unless his health issues are better than expected. The Skins dumped him for Steve Slaton (essentially) and he only had 5 preseason carries (for 28 yards albeit). I prefer health to upside, personally.

He would start at #2 on our depth but I think he could pass Greene to be our #1.

rumors are that Saints UDFA RB Travaris Cadet made their roster. That could mean Chris Ivory is about to be cut.

That would be a solid add as well.

Two guys intrigue me from the cuts.

Anthony Davis: (49ers -> Chargers) Wasn't he drafted in 1st round by the Niners a few years back? How did he fall this much?

Matt Reynolds: (Panthers) He looks like a high character guy that can grow into backup role well.

Thoughts?

Everyone is reporting that Damon Harrison wasn't cut and made the 53. Hayden Smith is going to PS according to manish tweet.

Liked White & thought he showed good potential for a rookie. After Kerley, nothing really stood out so why not go with the youth and see what you can get after grooming him? Looks like Chanz is officially on the team now. Hopefully, Chaz can be healthy enough to play 8+ games this season.
