2) Limit the number of keepers at a certain position to a max of 1? So a max of only 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, etc.(RB/WR or flex is not a seperate position)

With the last vote 2 things got rejected: Max position(3-8) and the addition of a punter(3-8). So there's no limit on how many people you keep at any position.

IR has been decided but I wanted it to reach a full majority of 8 before I called it.

Yes, I have done that but the stupid thing is, is that I can't see people's personal email addresses(a good thing) so the best I can do is annoy them through ESPN which some people probably just put in their spam box so they never see it.

Alright it's been just over a week and I'm ready to call it since nobody voted since then what you see is what you get.

So essentially the only thing that changes from last year is adding TE to RB/WR thus making it Flex.So we're all set until the site reopens for 2012 in June.
