With his famously pouty, full lips, angular bone structure, love for make-up and his unconventional dress sense, Steven Tyler has always been considered a tad androgynous.
But these days the aging rocker could quite simply just pass for a frail little old lady.
Looking gaunt with pulled back hair, and wearing the kind of over-sized shades normally donned by the likes of female stars such as Nicole Richie, Steven looked virtually unrecognisable as he posed for a recent picture.

Joe Perry did an interview a few days after the accident and in a round about way said he thinks Tyler needs to tone it down a bit in the concerts because they're getting older. After this, I have to agree, but I don't think Steven will be down with that.

I saw them like 4 years ago and during a solo Steve swung from one side of the stage to the other over the crowd while hanging upside down from a trapeze. He was like 57 at that time. It was awesome. It's too bad this had to happen because at his age, it will probably take him a while to recover.

All the reports I have read say he broke his shoulder, but nobody has been specific with what that means, because you can't really break your shoulder. But whatever bone it was, it's probably not a quick fix...
