Not super high on Norv but he has a pretty decent track record. I mean w/ some elite Offensive personnel he has had he has succeeded.
That said, Sporano and Cavanaugh must GTF off this team and if that means a blank check for an OC w/a solid record as an OC fuggit, Sign me up!
