Too early to say that, so many things can change between now and next year's draft. Who would have thought that Kyler Murray would be this year's likely number one pick? Or that Mayfield would go first overall last year? Heck, this fall I remember Giants fans excited at the possibility of drafting Justin Herbert with the first pick.
