He was awful in preseason for Buffalo. It’s possible he is not any good

At this point Bortles but I'm not nearly as high on him as I was Tanehill.

Failing that I don't know if there's anyone else out there I'd care to see them bring in.

Might have to settle for another year of McLoser.

McCown. Every option out there is terrible. At least he offers something none of the others do: a great relationship with our young franchise QB.

I’d go with bortles. Think he’d make a perfect backup.

McCown, for sure. If McCown doesn’t want to come back, just go with Davis Webb. Save some money and see if there is any potential in Webb. I’d rather spend money elsewhere.

I don’t want Bortles. He doesn’t really offer the team anything.

True, but his 5 year record at Jax leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure if there is any team out there willing to turn over the keys based on his record. Maybe Miami? His best bet may be to take a backup job and hope he gets to show his stuff at some point during the season a la Nick Foles.

True. I heard yesterday or the day before that he was talking with the Rams about becoming their backup. I'm not sure whether or not he signed with them.

Now this Shitrtragic is in Miami, we really need to go 4-0 vs Buffalo and Miami. Those are four games vs awful starters

Has there been any update on McCown & his decision whether to retire or play another year...I haven't seen anything further.

I am convinced that he can no longer win a single game. This eliminates him from being a viable backup

our chances of getting to the post season are thin enough. Any injury to Sam probably dashes them, anyway. I will take Osweiler. He has won games occasionally

The tank is clear for Miami. Issue is, Fitz will win them enough games to kill the tank.
