I am glad this miserable season is ending but at the same time it is always sad when you know Jets won’t be playing again for the next 8 months. Looking forward to find out our new HC, our new uniforms, free agency and draft but still. No more Jets football for a while and it sucks. One last time today. J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS
The good news is that most of us are used to this dead period after years of experiencing it. We find ways to stay entertained. Two main pastimes are trying to figure out which FAs to root for being signed, and which college players to draft. That eats up much time and energy up until May, and then ts good weather and being distracted by by outdoor pursuits. One might even say that the off-season is the REAL Jets season!
For once, I’m not looking forward to it. I’m not ready for Jets football to end. Sam has given us plenty to be excited about and after the last few weeks, I don’t want it to go away.

I enjoy watching good Jets football not the 5-11 garbage we've been treated to the past three seasons or non-playoff football we've gotten since 2011 with the exception of 2015. Losses, huge blown leads like we've seen this season, 14-0, 14-0, 15 points, 16-0 getting bombed by the horrible Bills at home brings me no joy only angst, aggravation, sadness. I hope we get Jim Harbaugh, Leveon bell this offseason and that in 2019 I can look forward to watching GOOD Jets football once again.
It's not like what we've been watching this season could really be called "football" anyway, so I think I'll survive. That is, of course, assuming we don't hire yet another terrible coach to lead this team. I'm not holding my breath on that front, however.
Ive been waiting for this since the Cleveland game where i realized that my gut instinct on this young team & terribly undisciplined coach had been right all along. Lets change this fricking culture,appearance,talent level & standard for winning once & for all.It starts Monday.Most excited ive been since Last April

Hopefully, the upcoming baseball season can help pass the time away. Especially if the Yankees get Machado or Harper.

Well that’s partially why I wanted Bowles fired mid season . We could have still salvaged the season a bit. But no, fans are reactionary and dumb. Clearly the Jets organization knows better and is well known for making great choices.
The Jets will be back, but Bowles and Rodgers won't. That's a net win. Too bad it took four years for Floral Park to figure that out.
