Unless they reached out to him and he declined, Colin Kaepernick is very happy about this list of quarterbacks. The testimony from Bruce Allen about why they preferred all of these guys to even considering Kaepernick would be highly amusing.

I would think it’s a pretty easy question to answer — “why would I hire someone currently suing me?”

Do you think the Redskins would sign Kap if he weren't suing the NFL?

"Because then he would stop suing me and I would save potentially tens of millions of dollars and also have a better chance of making the playoffs."

    I have no idea.
my position isn’t about whether they are making a wise decision just that not signing him doesn’t indicate any continued collusion, which I assumed was the point you were making that Kaep could argue.
But not by the Redskins who are under no obligation to have the same opinion about being sued as the Panthers.
But it doesn’t. Not wanting to sign him because he is suing him is completely reasonable and doesn’t indicate collusion prior to the suit being filed. It’s easy to point to an act after the suit as being the reason he’s not being signed after the suit.

Kaepergimmick was a Jim Harbaugh creation.

And in his last season in the NFL his team went 2-14 other teams are supposed to be lining up to sign him after that?

The real outrage should be what the NFL did to Tim Tebow.

Yes, the Giants should sign Tebow. With Barkley and Tebow they'd have the greatest offense ever.

What the NFL did to Tim Tebow? They outed him? For being terrible, I mean.

Oof this is a pretty rough watch early on. So many penalties by KC.
