FOOD WILL BE IN THE SUITES GOING FORWARD!! I spoke to everybody's favorite, Natasha, and she confirmed that the four people that advised that there would no longer be food in the Suites were incorrect. The mistake for the last two games has been corrected and there should now be food for the Patriots game and future games. If there isn't food in your Suite, make sure you say something to the suite attendant. Apparently there was a gap in communication that has now been corrected. Not that the food is all that great, but it's the principle of the thing. So I consider this a victory!

The Jets send out surveys from time to time. Not everybody gets an email. There are usually two rewards codes when they do it.

 

I contacted my rep today and complained I missed the whole first quarter having having to go down 2 flights of stairs and spend 33$ on food and water. She confirmed also it was a mistake and said she would put 20$ on my card and offered me an upgrade Ed seats for any of the last three games. As soon as I sent out my email to her saying why bother having season tickets she called within 5 minutes apologizing. At least they did take my complaint about the food seriously and tried to make it up

 

Greggy, what kind of upgrades did she offer?
