Nick Caserio who is the Patriots Director of Player Personnel, has been on a lot of short lists, but prying him from New England would be a hard task for any owner, especially one named Johnson.

Too many people want a new HC, but he is only half the blame. We need to clean house once again, and this time no unprove DC should be our HC.

You can't fire Bowles without firing Macc too. The Org. Chart has to be revamped in order for this team to move forward. Our CEO is gonna have to take a hard look at how the leadership is structured as it doesn't seem to work very well here. It may work for other teams, but not the Jets. The record and the drafts all speak for themselves. We just have the wrong people in the wrong positions and we wind up with the wrong results more often than not.

I agree with this. Not sure how much Chris Johnson was involved in the last purge but he needs to take a completely different approach this time.

The Jets need an offense first model.
The scouting team needs to be provided an updated "profile" of what a New York Jet player should be (mentally and physically on field) effective for the 2019 draft.
    - The scouting team, if needed to be replace, needs to transition scouting reports to the new team this week.
The coaching staff needs to be hired with capable resources who can develop Sam.
