Is he similar Braylon Edwards? Make tough catches but drop easy ones?

    Guys

    Don’t stress

While I fully respect their ungodly amazing talent to possibly make an actual NFL roster, this is just a stopgap bare minimum receiver to help while wr1 is out.

No need to get so worked up. Anyone who is a FA at this time is a craps roll. Which I love.

Are you talking the same Stewart that is out for the season and released with a IR designation?

Wouldn’t mind bringing in Mathews. I always liked him in Tennessee but no one could ever get him the ball.

Theyre probably getting paychecks by the game. Its not like we're signing either for a 7 year fully guaranteed deal.

I can't tell if you think I was saying Stewart should get some touches or you actually believe that Stewart was injured and not hidden away. Either way, I was referring to Chorrone Peak

Peak is a starter on special teams ... and has also missed the last few games to injury. Not sure why you seem upset about a spot being used for a starting gunner on punt returns and kickoffs, that is what the bottom of the roster is there for. Guys like Hansen and Stewart don't stick because they offer no value in that aspect of the game.

Peak has been putrid for special teams. Constantly misses tackles is out of position and has yet to contribute in any shape or form in a regular season game. Stewart has made plays on offense multiple times and actually started to show some signs of life last year along with Hansen.

Stewart, wit hall of 107 total yards of offense ... did not come to life last year. Hansen was putrid in camp and dropped several throws in preseason action. These guys caught on no where for a reason. They provide 0 to the team and we made the right move by releasing them both.

and yet both contributed better performance by 10 fold then peak in half the time. Also if you think throwing away 2nd round pick receiver after 1 season than you sir don't understand how football works and i now understand why
    you have your views.

2nd round pick? Who would that be?

You evaluate your team and make moves accordingly. The Jets brought in Pryor, who has been not that great, and he outplayed your two busts. Keeping dead weight simply because you drafted them is bad management everytime.

a apologize Stewart was a 3rd was a minor brain fart. that legit just proves my point further.

How can you call Stewart dead wieght and justify keep peak who has done nothing in twice as long

Your point of keeping bad players because you sunk a resource into them? Yea thats a great point you have there lol.

Don't ask my why, but when I first read the thread title, I saw Corey Feldman. He'd probably be a better option.

cutting a 1-year receiver that you have a 3rd invested in is exactly why this team has no depth over the years and continues to be a joke when it comes to developing talent. We are not talking Quincy vs Stewart or Pryor vs Stewart we are talking Peak vs Stewart. This was a horrible move and it's not even debatable. Peak has contributed NOTHING to this team in regular season.
