If and when Bowles is sent packing what would be your choice? Personally, I am tired of first time Head Coaches. I want someone with experience. This time I want a proven College Head Coach if possible. What do you guys think and even better do you have some names in mind?

I want to back a truck full of $$ up to Michigan and grab Harbaugh. The guys NFL head coaching record speaks for itself.
No more first time, learn on the job HC's.

Lincoln Riley from Oklahoma is most likely to be your next boy genius NFL offensive wizard coach.

So of course he will reunite with mayfield and the browns and we will get Bill O'Brien

The only reason I didn't is because he falls into two categories. Ex NFL head coach and current college coach. I wasn't really sure which way to go.

Todd Haley is the correct answer here. I wish I could take credit but I saw it in another thread and been thinking about it for a few hours now.
    Offensive coach,prior experience,jet connections.
Make it happen, whoever is left to sort this out

He isn't a bad choice really. I have my eyes on Harbaugh or Shaw.

Todd Haley might be the biggest douchebag still with a job.
Mangini x 10. Players cannot stand him, and fans will quickly hate him.

    Heck no on that choice.
He was a terrible choice for the Browns even at OC.

My choice isn't one of your selections: NFL HC who has a reputation as offensive-minded. Failing that, I guess an offensive-minded OC who has been an NFL HC. I'm really tired of being the training camp for HCs who have to learn OTJ.

Anyone who votes DC with no NFL HC experience should be permanently banned.

Harbaugh, Haley, DeFilippo are my choices in that order. But Mac has to go too.

I would be ok with Haley, I would not have a problem with Harbaugh or a young OC similar to Mcveigh as well.
