I finally got my tickets. Now all I need is a freaking parking pass. I will be tailgating with my Italian mafia from Brooklyn at Lot D. Who else is going and what are the tailgate plans?
You guys are so damn lucky :/ I live in Miami. If the game was here, I'd definitely be there. I would love nothing more than to watch them whoop Miami's ass in New York. The stadium is gonna be rockin' on Sunday!
24th year as a season ticket holder and this may be the most excited I’ve ever been for a home opener! If they pull out the W and look like they are for real I may fly out to Cleveland for the Thursday night game.
I'm lucky to have been to every home game since the 2007 season, haven't missed one game yet. (I probably should have missed at least a couple by now but somehow ive kept the streak alive.) This will be the most electric game since Rex and Sanchez's home debut when we beat the Patriots. It's going to be wild. Me and the old man will be getting there early around 9 am and tailgating like crazy with some friends. September is by far my favorite month of the year so I hope the weather has that right opening day vibe, it usually always works out that way. I love the ritual of football, and especially opening day. I'm pumped and for some crazy reason I don't feel afraid of a letdown, I feel confident in a win! Have a great time everybody! Go Jets!
I’m there! Haven’t missed a home opener since 1979. (F*ck, this will be my 40th) I too am in dire need of a parking pass. Please donate ; ) Seriously, this parking thing is obnoxious. We park (hopefully) deep in orange country, back near the fence that surrounds that other team’s training facility. Opening day tailgate is always.... Fresh lobster, and lots of other stuff. Probably about 20 of us.

I’m getting chills just thinking about how loud it’s going to be at Jetlife stadium. Last year i went to the jets pats game when both teams were 3-1 and that stadium was rocking, i expect this to be on a different level. I’ll be there around 830 in Lot M ready to fire up the Coleman!!

Wish I was going to be there. Hopefully the fans are as loud as they were for Mark Sanchez's debut in 2009 at Giants Stadium. The place went crazy and the Jets defeated the division rival Patriots. I'd love for something similar against the Dolphins! That was also Week 2, I believe.

I'll be at the game. A buddy of my father has season tix and offered up two of his seats for free. Should be rolling in around 930/10 to tailgate. A buddy of mine works for the Browns. I was all set to fly out and go to the game with his help, but I am actually leaving that same day for a bachelor party out to Arizona. The damn timing .
