Call me optimistic but I voted all to make the roster. This could be a very good Draft from top to bottom. The only one I question is Fatukasi......but I still feel he'll make the cut.
One would assume every rookie would make the roster. Unless something goes horribly wrong, that should be expected. Sorry dude, but this poll is stupid.
Not everyone thinks the same as you or all rookies would have same amount of votes. They could go for the better blocking fullback then flowers is out. Fatukasi could have a Soso pre season, and he could be gone. No telling how Cannon will play against real competition in pre season. Not all our rookies are locks. Sorry if the poll didn't suit your taste. You never should have checked it out.
It's not stupid if you've watched football more than a little bit. I've seen lots of players come to camp and be the camp darlings disappear once the actual games start and then fall off the planet. Where's Clownwy? Where's Ratliff? Clown eyes was thought to be a stud by fans, The Rat our Romo. How'd they work out? Stupid was a poor choice of words
I just think even late round picks at worst will be on the practice squad. Not trying to hate on talking football, I just don't think a poll was necessary.
Hope REX gives MAC a call & tells him not to make the same mistake with Cannon that he made with Woodhead. (putting him on practice squad & loosing him to Patriots)
Not me. I don't want Bowles taking any kind of advice from that cretin Rex. If Bowles doesn't have enough smarts to keep what could be a fast play-making weapon for the offense, then he doesn't deserve to remain as HC.
Fatukasi is no lock for the roster. He has a bunch of competition for a spot with Shepard being drafted before him and then Anderson being traded for after that.
The practice squad is not part of the 53 man roster though. He's asking who will make the 53 at end of camp. It's not uncommon at all for late round draft picks (he even included one UDFA) to be cut and then signed to the PS if they clear waivers.
