Seriously, what’s more dope than seeing the Celtics in black? More fleek than Ohio State in black? More lit than the Stanford Cardinal or Cindy Reds in black? Green? Nah.

I feel like I've said it 100 times here and I feel like I'm going to say it another 100 times between now and Taste of the Jets. The Jets are not getting new full-time uniforms or a complete makeover and we are not getting new helmets. You will see an alternate uniform, worn at most 2x a year, and maybe an alternate sticker for the current helmet. Please don't shoot the messenger or be disappointed if you don't like to hear what the truth is.
I think there’s a chance they adopt the Color Rush uniforms as the primary, which is realistic because it wouldn’t require giving the league advanced notice since it’s already in the uniform rotation. I would totally be on board with that because I like the shade of green much better. I agree that there won’t be a total overhaul that some are hoping for.
I don't think the green on green colo rush has a chance as being the primary. It's too gaudy and I don't see a conservative guy like Bowles (or Johnson) approving of us in green on green full time primary. The away white on white with the white facemasks I feel could become the primary roads though. That or we'll do the 80's uni as a 1 or 2x a year throwback I think every team is probably getting a new alternate or thowback now that color rush is being scrapped the NFL needs to replace those jerseys just for the sake of moving more merchandise and having something fresh and new for the fans

I should rephrase. I don’t think they’ll use green on green as the primary, but I think they may use the Kelly green color scheme from the color rush unis
Color rush is not scrapped. Teams dont have to wear them on thursdays if they dont want to. Thats all thats changed, before this season it wasnt optional. And starting this season any team can wear its color rush uniform on other days, not just thursday night football
Bumping this thread as tonight is the taste of the Jets. I figured this is better then a new thread for each leak/ the announcement itself. According to Lee and Adams a uniform announcement is coming tonight. I still think it will be a new third uniform likely similar to the 70's and 80's unis. Hopefully something leaks today.
