They can have screens "burned" and on the printing press within a couple of hours (less really) of the player's # being announced.... and they can start printing them that quick
Because the other ones are simply photoshopped graphics on a blank body like almost every t-shirt across Fanatic’s empire of sports shops. they haven’t produced anything yet, but a run of tees will simply be screen printed on blanks in a few days. An actual cut and see item is a little more complicated.
