Everything I'm seeing is a toy drone was shot down and there's a lot of exaggerated stories being shared like coup attempts. Nothing about internet outages either.
What does twitter say? Like I said. My source is my friend in Riyadh. He heard a lot of gun fire and his friends also think either this was an assasination attempt or a coupe. No idea what’s going on. For now I will edit the thread title.
Most of Twitter is people just saying they heard gunfire and speculating. All major news networks internationally are saying it was a toy drone.

Saudi Arabia government has been a coalition of many powerful tribes. The crown prince M.Bin Salman and his father current King has destabilized this coalition after abrupt arrests last year. I don't think Saudi will stay as it is and the tribes didn't say their last word. Things will get interesting down the road.
