No issues with Mayfields arm. He can make all the throws.

Funny thing is that he reminds me a tad of Sanchez with the happy feet and just his throwing style, but that's where the comparisons end. He's a better playmaker than Sanchez. He's built solid. Only a tad over 6'0 but 220. He feels the rush better than Sanchez. Doesn't have the accuracy issues.

No comparison. Chase Daniel was undrafted. Never had the throwing arm that Mayfield has. Not as mobile as Mayfield either

Well, Leaf certainly had talent, but he was immature and lazy. He could have maybe had a good career if he had the mental makeup of a professional QB.

Mayfield is the QB I don't want, so more than likely the Jets will get him

Mayfield Is the QB I Do Want, so I hope the Jets select him with the #6 pick.

Size is a huge problem, plus he has attitude issues, no thanks

His size is ZERO problem, see Brees, Wison, Flutie, etc... His Attitude IS what this team Needs.

Yeah totally want a qb that throws footballs at players heads prior to the game starting. Josh Rosen is the type of attitude we need in terms of the qb position.

Agree 100% with the Rosen part. Not sure that Mayfield's attitude is really a problem.

I don't like assholes that need to grab their crotch against lesser opponents and beaming footballs at players before the game.

I prefer the guy that questions coaches and ensures the system is intact for success. Rosen will question the coach to ensure they are in the right position. I think that would be healthy for a coach like Bowles and if Rosen earns that trust, I could see that relationship going a long way.

And - aside from his great arm - this is why I really want Rosen on the Jets.

Yeah we didn't even go into the fact that he's easily the best pure passer in the draft. I think there's a shot he drops. If he gets to 3, Jets will trade up. Hope Mayfield and Darnold get selected. Or even better Josh Allen. Imagine if the first 2 qbs selected are Mayfield and Allen?

Peyton manning was a bigger asshole in college then Mayfield , pretty sure Mayfield didn't drag his heaping sweaty ballsack over a female trainers unsuspecting face

I'm talking about on the field antics. Yeah, what he did with that female was wrong but not remotely close to Mayfield and his apparent leadership.

I think it's way worse.. for me Mayfields on field actions arent too concerning I think they spark his team more then they hurt it, but I guess I understand why people are concerned about it

With all due respect, since I know you are one of the good ones, but this point of view is superficial and unresearched based off total nonsense that's been disproven repeatedly. Do some research. This kid is legitimate and has a shot to be as good as if not better than anyone who has ever played the position for the Jets for any extended period of time.

Just my opinion edge, not liking his size mostly....not too hard to be better than the crap we trot out there anyway, wasn't impressed by his Senior Bowl effort, they are even bigger and stronger in the NFL, I respect your opinion and you're probably right

I'm about to go to work so don't have time to compile my thoughts, but check out this breakdown video:

    Couple of things:
    1) Excels under pressure; keeps his eyes downfield and stays accurate.
    2) Displays good head and eye movement to move defenders.
    3) Mobile enough to elude the pass rush, yet not a run first QB (Johnny Manziel was a one read and run QB, one of many reasons this comparison sucks.
    4) Leads receivers and gives them opportunity to run after the catch.
    5) The video I link demonstrates a money throw where the ball travels 55 yards in the air and hits the receiver exactly where it needs to be.
    6) Does the same in tight windows, etc.

I've posted on him a lot and it's in my post history. Sorry I don't have time to give more here.
