If their intention was always to go for the end zone then it's fine, but that seems unlikely to me - I think Roethlisberger saw that Bryant would be single-covered deep by the safety and liked the matchup. If you're just going for the first down I think you want the time, since Jacksonville is hardly a quick strike offense. Maybe we'll find out later.
