    My daughter said the same thing.
    I have not had it as we are not that close to one.

    Don't think they are in NY - but if traveling and come across a Chronic Tacos, they are my personal favorite of the quick fresh Mexican grill type restaurant.

    Chipotle isn't authentic anyways. I've had way better chorizo. In fact Columbian chorizo >>>>> Mexican.

    The Stonewall Inn in the Village may be a good spot to start looking for Columbian sausage but I don't swing that way so not sure.

    That's a good question. My brother's mother in law is from Columbia and makes it whenever we have family gatherings and I've never had anything like it. It's usually served with lime, sometimes spicy guacamole on the side. I've been obsessed ever since I first tried it.
