I am a season ticket holder and PSL holder for 32 years. MetLife and the PSL Fees/ticket prices did cause many, many dynamic changes. Majority of long time fans could not or did not want to pay the new fees and reluctantly decided to move to non PSL upper deck seats. Lots of attendees in the lower level between the 40 yard lines are corporate seats and spend time inside the cozy confines of the clubs. The configuration of MetLife is more spread out and does not hold the loudness of the chants in the stadium as Jints Stadium. The bead guy and the assorted other chant leaders just do not have the attention of the fans as Ed did. I give them credit for being die hard fans but it’s just not the same. Thursday night, with Fireman Ed once again leading the chant, it was by far the loudest I’ve heard at MetLife. Granted the players were playing well and there was something to cheer about, but Ed knows the right time to get things going. I do not know what transpired with Ed stepping aside, but I am happy he came back leading the chant and hope it is not just for one game. Jets Management would be wise to work something out with Ed to keep him on board leading the chant.......
My son and I have been sitting in the sideline prime seats for 3 years and have not had any bad experiences with fan rowdiness. Maybe we’re lucky.

Sad to read about the bad fan behavioral .Five years ago a drunk Dolphin fan kept kicking and tapping the back seat of my autistic son . So now he doesn't go to Jet games .But I do feel incidents are down from the shea and early meadowlands days .Please text 78247 type the word Jets ,leave a space , the issue and location ,for any incident or security concern.
We get plenty of opposing team fans around us all the time. We had some sore losers behind us until the 3rd quarter Thursday night, when they finally left. They were still talking trash on the way out though. This year I've seen too much of the opposing team color in our house. Seems PSL pricing alongside what some thought would be a crappy rebuild year made people sell off a lot of tickets. U It was terrific to See Fireman Ed though, I haven't heard the stadium go so quiet, or the Fans do the chant so loud in a long time.
Hi did not receive the 1000 points 7 th game pointer either. If anyone gets them please post how you were able to get resolved. 2 games back I did not get 500 early entrance points plus 500 white out points and emailed my rep and was told you only have 10 days to inquire and I did it on the 11th day but she would do her best to get it resolved. Well I never got the points and sent her another email and never received a response back. I really do not want to loose more points so if someone gets there points please post so I can follow up also.
