It's a valid point. I legitimately believe what we've seen up to this point is the Jets not deliberately trying to tank. Once we get to 0 and +6 losses, hopefully they completely let go and we start seeing some younger players out there.
Morton has his hands full continuing to develop the offense, devise game plans and developing Petty and Hack. Firing Bowles mid-season would be dumb. He certainly deserves it, but imo it would be detrimental to the offense, the development of the young offensive players, and to Morton. I don't see any way that Morton could do an adequate job doing both. If he were an experienced coordinator, that would be one thing, but he's a rookie. If he fires Blowes mid-season, then Chris Johnson is just as dumb as his older brother.
