So, speech that simply rants and screams hatred and opposition to blacks and Jews isn't inciteful by law, even if someone in the crowd then becomes motivated to go attack and black person or a Jewish person. The speech would have to directly call to incite violence "imminently." The Supreme Court had ruled that advocating illegal action at some indefinite future time is perfectly legal. Conversely, just because the leftist lunatics have such little control of their emotions and can't refrain from violence when they encounter ideology they oppose doesn't equate to the speech inciting their violence response.
