Jets bad season still won't amount to the fact that your Bills still haven't made the playoffs this decade+
There are always 1-2 Buffalo gnats this time of year.They are made to look silly routinely.Still they are harmless..and I actually wouldn't mind seeing Buffalo be decent again..same w the phins..The AFC East had some tight races that were great between 97-03..it'd be nice to see that return. Only one fan base & team makes my blood boil anymore.Any other team winning or fanbase is 100 times better.

I'm going to take the high road on this and and wish both Buffalo and Miami a successful season. The teams and the players deserve it, no matter how lame some of the fan base can be. More competition in the AFC east is desperately needed. I'll root for them at least for 4 games a year. As for the Jets, we must remain patient and see how the young studs develop. This might be the rite of passage for many and rough seas ahead are expected as we grow as a team. Everyone is predicting the worst. So any flashes of goodness should be welcome. It's all about finding out who is who for us. We might find out we have the best three for three first round set of future pro bowlers in the making with Williams, Lee and Adams. That is a first my friends. If we discover we have a QB then life is a dream, if not then we root for a QB stud in the draft. The only thing we don't need is sticking with the old guard particularly at QB because that will prove nothing. Let the rookies take the lead. Enough of the half baked teams on the road to nowhere. The microscope is on Bowles and his coaching staff. Show me toughness and 100% effort and I'm happy. Put the kids in a position to shine...win or loose. Record be damned. SHOW me a bright future in the making.
I think it sounds better when you say they haven't made the playoffs this millennium. I'm hoping for at least 3 more years of suckage by the Bills so they can tie the modern day NFL suckage record of 20 years without the playoffs.
After the Jets beat the Bills Week 1 will you be back here? The Jets will not be a playoff team. This we know and have accepted. They will be bad. They will be picking in the Top 5 in next years draft. However, they will not be historically bad. They will win 4-5 games. Buffalo Week 1 being one of them.
