The CIA didn't illicitly interfere with the election, so you can't compare the two.

The problem is that moles run to the Chinese or the Russians with the information and maybe leak it to that albino pedophile afterwards. Then they're like WTF I'm a hero!! Truth is the CIA is very much a small player in cyber operations. Most of it is done by the NSA. If the NSA can't reach something, then they ask the CIA to physically get to it. People are starting to figure out, that maybe it's a good idea to lock down certain networks from getting out, therefore preventing the NSA from getting in by following the return path. That's where human intelligence comes in and that's where the CIA is a player.

Russians have a much stronger system in place than we do. They just fucking take you out if they even suspect that you are a mole. The CIA calls the FBI. The FBI might arrest you, and then you have lawyers and trials and the press and maybe they put you in a posh 5 star prison if they convict you. America is evil yo.

Actually, you're right, you can't compare the two.

One has undeniable proof and the other does not.

That's about the furthest thing from the truth when it comes to your posts in this thread.

I also pointed out there was no evidence of actual use of these things they "looked into".

    Good Post

Genetic Data? Certainly sounds like the Third Reich all over again

In the Medical Field we have HIPAA to protect your privacy which with all the info your Doctor and Hospitals have on you

The Government has to get the fact that half of the economic workforce probably take some psychotropic medication for anxiety, depression, stress or adult ADHD. And these are people that continue to be good workers for years.

Predisposition doesnt assure causation. As many studies have shown children of alcoholics or depressed parents dont automatically become the same. Yes, a certain percentage cant handle some major life stressor that comes along and end up that way.

If this is the direction its going I hope the ACLU is all over this

    H.R. 1313

Who in their right mind would vote for bill 1313?

Hopefully the authorization to let private companies genetically test and store the data for future use is removed before it is signed into law. If not we will find out very quickly that the data acquired is a commodity for sale to the highest bidder or to be commoditized and sold to anybody who wants it and nothing will stop the government from buying that data.
