25 yrs old. played center for Indy in 14-15. Interior backup last year grading awful at guard. Would assume low money, camp competition and see what happens. one year deal.

We should take the high moral ground and cut him immediately for the spelling of his first name.

He's a big body and has played all offensive line positions. Some not so great but coaching would help. If nothing else he's a backup and another body.

Can he play on the DL instead, then we can relive that catchy nickname Sons of anarchy?

Correct, he has played all over the line, and I wouldn't label him as camp fodder. He's started a fair amount of games and will provide depth at numerous positions all in one. Also, as an extra added bonus, he's played TE! LOL.

"The Jets have signed free agent offensive lineman Jonotthan Harrison[IMG] to join their OL competition.

Harrison (6'4", 300) comes to the Green & White from Indianapolis. He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Florida after the 2014 draft and has played in 44 of the Colts' 48 regular-season games the past three seasons, starting 23.

Harrison's first 19 starts in 2014-15 came at center. This past season he was used all over the Colts' line, playing in 13 games, starting four at left guard and also getting playing time at LT, RT, C, RG and third TE.

Earlier this month the Colts declined to tender Harrison a qualifying offer, making him a free agent."

Could be competition for Johnson at center.

When Indy's OL isn't very good to begin with, my question is why in the heck would they let go of a versatile young OL who can play every position on the OL? If it isn't a matter of character issues, or cap space (and I don't think the Jets paid him much), then he must not be very good at all. I'm not sure this guy makes it out of TC.

Excellent. That problematic "Jumbo TE" position has always been difficult to fill. I'm still reeling from Vlad Ducasse's departure that started a tailspin from which the Jets never fully recovered.

What's with his first name? Is that character from the Thorn Birds, like Brick?

So a backup center and rotational guy. Coming from the Colts who had the worst OL in the league.

But Mangold is a (potential) Giant. Great...

What's the tender for an undrafted free agent? Can't be much at all.
