yeah, some kind of bone had to come out of skin for guys to be blowing chunks on the field. I've been on basketball courts when guys torn ACL's or blew their Achilles and nothing nauseating about those injures when they occur.

Or maybe if his leg was bent at the knee in completely wrong direction.

I'm glad it wasn't a career-ending injury, for a moment I thought it was, thankfully not.

What's weird is I looked up his stats, he only had 14 tds to 9 ints last year on a full 16 game schedule. I thought it would have been more.

Hopefully he comes out of that okay. That had to be a major blow to him, and the team, when it happened. But there could be tendon, cartilage, and other ligament damage, and major reconstructive surgery.

    Fingers crossed for him.

Also no chance that they want Geno. Hill is a better game manager. Geno is too dumb to game manage.

Kaep can't game manage and he's a distraction
    Glennon is ok
Sanchez turns the ball over too much

That's why they call him Teddy 'Field Goal' Bridgewater. In all seriousness I hope he comes out of it okay. The kid seems to be a glorified game manager more than anything really. Alex Smith Jr.

Disheartening for Minnesota fans and potentially devastating for Bridgewater himself. Adrian Peterson must be absolutely disappointed right about now as well.

With that said, we have to take care of our own business but I was really looking forward to Minnesota competing against and/or beating the likes of AFC teams such as Houston, Jacksonville & Indianapolis in order to increase our Jets chances of making the postseason. It'll be hard for Minnesota to even beat Tennessee without Bridgewater...

I don't feel comfortable as an NYJ fan even discussing injuries. Knock on wood. I literally dread the injury bug.

He's a tough kid. I'm sure he'll be back 100% next year. Sucks for Vikings fans though.

Its a full tear, 9-12 months recovery. Injuries like this, the muscles in the leg start to atrophy. He'll be lucky if he can walk on his own legs next year.
I really hate this, really feel sorry for the kid. But this is a really bad injury and can easily result in TB not being ready next season either.

The only saving grace to this is that another player didn't cause it have to spend the next several years feeling guilty that he did.
