New movie starring Will Smith as Dr. Bennet Omalu & the discovery of CTE. If "League of Denial" was damaging to the NFL & its reputation, a hollywood blockbuster coming out during the playoff stretch starring America's golden boy Will Smith is like delivering a haymaker.

The only thing that will hurt the NFL is for people to stop watching it and/or buying tickets.

He's going to be in Suicide Squad which should do well...but, yeah, he's hardly the top of the pile.

I hope Jaden Pinkett Smith is in it and gets a real concussion.

Yeah, I actually don't think it was considered a block-buster release, but the movie itself was a major hit. So you are prob right in that regard.

Could be wrong, but it made a grown man almost cry - I really loved that movie.

people might stop watching it and/or buying tickets the more the league is exposed on issues like this. Either directly because they think its horrible, or in-directly when the NFL ruins its product in response.

People should have already stopped if they cared, apparently they don't...the one positive thing is that more parents are not letting their kids get involved in football at a young age like they once did.

The other day when one of those Helmet commercials came on I said to myself humans arent meant to bang heads anyway. Face it, the NFL will one day go bye bye the more people get educated on what happens when these players stay around to get destroyed for everyone on Sundays.

No amount of money is worth the pain that is to come to most of these players.

The helmet does more harm then good.....how crazy is the idea of playing without it? Some have suggested it....
