I'll only allow this post to pass if you're driving my band's limo, and we just put the glass up between us.
The original vote was to leave or not, we voted leave. To have another vote now would only prove that politicians do not respect democracy and just vote on whats best for their pockets!
She's not naked, therefor it's not better. You just lost your man card by ignoring the basics of man logic.
Still have the man card. It's dog-eared and worn to a fine patina now but I'll still take a 22 year old Goldie Hawn over that other thing any day of the week - even if you throw in a bushwacker. Working on a little bit of clothes has always been part of the party.
I think Northern Ireland and Scotland should give England and its bitch Wales the finger and leave the UK.
Historically democracies can have do-overs. Hypothetically, what if the original vote had been a narrow remain? Would the leave campaigners never call for a re-vote, even years later, because democracy?
Remainers are calling for a new vote before we have even left! Liberals don't like it when normal people don't do what they want them to do and its starting to happen the same all over Europe now.
If the leave was going as smoothly as advertised there wouldn't be calls for a revote at this time let alone a revote that would likely go remain. And what's with this whole trope about liberals not being normal people (there's the same thing in the US with liberals not being the "American people")? Come to think of it, considering Brexiters are so concerned about the outcome of a revote, liberals may be the normal ones.
The vote was 52% against 48% to leave and leave we should do, despite the fact that a Remainer Prime Minister has tried to do everything except leave. The BBC and others with vested interests are doing everything they can to project Bexit in the worst possible light, despite the fact that popularist parties in Europe are leaning towards the very same thing - trying to not get too political and get banned!
May had a deal that would have had us leaving, it suffered the biggest defeat in history. Many MPs who want to leave voted against it. Those same MPs haven't led on Brexit either... we were promised the easiest deal in history. Edit: Happy to stop if Mods are concerned by the political nature of this. I think we've kept it polite and would expect to do so, but no need to push it.
No politics apply to only American politics. British folks can kill each other if they want with British politics. Lol. Okay okay kidding. Yeah let's leave politics out.
I know I know. Year 1999 February or March. Brook! lives in London. At the time CIA and Mossad gift wrapped PKK leader Ocalan and handed him to Turkish authorities in Kenya. Ocalan was refuge at Greek Embassy in Kenya and when he stepped foot on the plane he thought he was being escorted by Greek secret service agents and heading to Europe. In fact it was Turkish secret service picking him up from Kenya and bringing him to Turkey to pay for his sins. He is right now jailed in an Island in Turkey. That said, I had a lot of friends who were PKK followers in London. One night we got news that Ocalan was lost and his whereabouts wasn't known due to Greeks not sharing any details. That said the Kurdish community invaded Greek embassy in London. I was among them. Police has created a chamber and we were in the chamber. No ins and outs allowed. I have been there since 3 am and I really need to go pee. Police says if you get out, you aren't getting in. Of course I can't leave my friends. I say well if I pee on the side you won't shoot me right? The cops say no we don't carry guns but please don't pee. I say OK. My friends create a shield around me by the big wall and I pee freely. That said, I missed London dearly. I know I pulled a jeto with this personal story but I really wanted to share. Lol.
