    Bridgewater looks damn good.

    So does Darnold.

Hopefully he can keep this up in his rookie campaign.

Barring the unforeseen circumstance, this job is now Darnold's to lose. The only question remaining is... how to showcase TB to get some ROI??

Several of us in the game thread said it and Kurt Warner and David Carr during half time and after the game said it; THEY NEED ANOTHER “CAMP ARM” QB for the rest of the preseason. Mac and Bowles are playing with fire if they repeat what they did today.

I think you showcase Teddy just the way we did tonight. If he shows what he did tonight in the next 3 pre season games I think a QB needy team will jump at the opportunity to sign him

How Bowles was ever in the conversation for a head coaching job is completely beyond me...we thought we were getting mike tomlin and we got al groh

More than anything I like his command and poise

Can’t teach that kind of stuff

The arm and progressions were solid

We need a 4th QB for game 4 no doubt

Hopefully we turn teddy into a 2nd round pick

Why exactly do we need a fourth qb? Mccown can’t grind out a game in the second half

4th preseason game you are playing players that are playing for their jobs in the NFL. Our 3 QBs, dont need them out there.

Get a camp arm out there. I dont like 4 QBs either, but dont wanna risk injury.

Yeah true I see. Can’t understand why there’s two preseason games let alone four

McCown is 100 years old, Bridgewater can’t risk his gimpy knee and possible trade value and Darnold is the future. We need a bum to grind out the late 3rd and/or 4th quarter snaps just for the preseason.

    I can do just that.

And I come with an added benefit - the defense will be tested. They will get a lot of good, quality snaps all season long.

Seriously, I will just aim the ass of the center and hit him there all the time.

    Sounds like a plan.

    Or Petty for that matter.

Bridgewater is under contract with the Jets. No other team can sign him.

Your scenario refers to his trade value increasing and, yes, I agree with you.
