Yeah, @jetophile, I am going with Champ here. Yes, it was the 68 season, but I assume the Devil approached Namath before the Super Bowl in 1969. The Jets didn't need help to win the AFL. However, a deal was likely struck to secure a Super Bowl III win, and the price was a 50 year curse. That curse will be lifted January 2019, thus the 2018 season still counts under the curse.

 

1968 SEASON + 50 YEARS = 2018 SEASON. Yes, the SB III win was on Jan. 12th 1969, but it was the 1968 Jets. WTF IS SO HARD ABOUT THIS?!

sweeping is hard for sure i can't see us sweeping the bills and fins so i chose we sweep the fins, split with the bills and get swept by NE. 3-3 in the divison

 

That's realistic, but we are all forgetting this is the Jets. So probably (2-4), swept by the Bills and Dolphins and then sweep the Patriots.

I voted 3-3 with the Jets winning one game and losing one game against each of their division opponents

 

I'm going to be a homer and say 4 wins in the division. Jets will sweep the Bills, and split with the Dolphins. Jets get a much needed win against the Pats.

 

Optimistic we'll upset the Patriots once this year. The sun is setting on that dynasty though they will no doubt win the division this year.

Buffalo doesn't impress me in any way. Allen is a joke. 2-0

Miami. 1-1

So 4-2. No worse than 3-3.

 

I'm also on the beat the pats* once train; here in NY. Take two from the fish and one from Buffalo. That shit hole up there is a tough place to get a win late in the year. If Allen plays maybe we can turn him over a couple of times and get another. Think big. Go Jets.
