When the Jets passed on Alvin Kamara in the 3rd Round, I was pissed. It was a need and he was a great player at Tenn. The Jets need to add a playmaker in the backfield this offseason who can take it to the house. I want Sony Michel in green and white.
Chubb and Barkley are great but this kid just makes plays..keeper in later rounds I also was impressed with the kid from Oklahoma Anderson who played with Mayfield but only a sophomore
He isn't gonna make it to a later round. He will go in the 2nd round, and could rise to the 1st round with a strong Combine and workouts. He's supposedly a better pass blocker than Chubb, is a better receiver, and is more explosive/faster.
Yeah, I really wanted Kamara in this past draft. It really makes me sick that not only did we not get him, but the darn Saints got him.
This is going to be another strong RB draft. Sony Michel, right now is a 3rd rounder IMO, can get himself into the 2nd. There will already be close to 3 RBs drafted in the first. I think the next "Kamara" is Rashaad Penny from San Diego State. 220 pound back, dude is a special team demon and obviously can play all 3 downs at the next level. Great vision.
Good call on Penny. I think Michel is already a 2nd rounder after the CFB playoffs, and he could rise into the 1st round with a strong combine.
Interested in why you don't like the Saints? I mean, better the Saints than anyone in the AFC or the Giants for that matter. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Love Sony, I don’t know if he’ll be the pick but a RB has to be drafted with one of the 2nds or the 3rd. This RB class is far too loaded not to get one. This would be like Idzick not getting one of the WRs in the loaded 11 WR class, although it seems he did get lucky with Q in the 6th. There is a real chance to add some talent to the offense this draft. QB in 1st then target two of Price, Ragnow, Michel, Penny, Love.
I don't like the Saints because I live in NC, so also root for the Panthers, and the Saints (along with the Falcons) are the enemy.
Could see him going late 1st, early second which is prime position for the Jets. Wouldn't mind at all using one of our second round picks on him.
