NFL unsure what to do with Bucs/Dolphins

Dumb, move the game. Give ticket holders more incentive to leave the area.

 

I think they should cancel the game and award the Buccaneers the W. It's the only fair thing to do!

 

They both have a bye week in week 11. Seems like a pretty easy remedy. Cancel the game and schedule it for week 11 instead

 

And make each team play 16 consecutive games? That's not smart.

 

They'll both suck so what's the difference? Just move it.

 

but their bye week is week 11. So they will go 14 consecutive weeks without a bye anyway. what difference does it make?? besides its a hurricane we're talkin about, have to make some concessions

 

i would play the game friday night in jacksonville, atlanta, or new orleans.

 

Friday night seems like the best option but this is NFL. they will try to outsmart themselves but lose in the end.

 

Friday night is for high school football in the south.they might catch a lot of heat there

 

Many of the games have moved, Manatee JV moved up til tonight and varsity will be tomorrow. That's just one county but I am sure many others will also.

 

Could we delay the kickoff of the entire season by one week instead?

 

I just can't get on board with that if I'm being honest here. It puts both teams at a major disadvantage.

 

Yeah that's a drastic change. No week off anywhere in the middle of the season.

I wonder if both coaches/front offices were consulted on this. Couldn't they have just played the game somewhere else? I can't imagine the coaches saying nah let's play 16 straight games instead.
