Same surgery for a partial or full tear.
Probably better that it's a full tear. Rest for a partial doesn't work for athletes. Just ask Tannehill....
He won't be tempted to try the non invasive route.

Did anyone see the press conference? Brady's eyes were so glossed over that it seemed pretty evident he was crying. Softie.

I'm not, last thing I want to see is Brady go down, and Jimmy G stepping in and playing well, would be a Bledsoe/Brady situation all over again. Would rather see the Pats lose in the playoffs with Brady at QB and let Jimmy G walk.

That's not going to happen. Jimmy G's not going anywhere, whether Brady suffers an injury or not.

Really, he's going to pass up the big payday he knows he has coming because of his love for the P*ts? They going to tag him and have 25% of their cap ties up on 2 players? Even if they sign him long term you might cut his cap hit for 2018 but that would likely mean his 2019 cap hit would be huge when Brady's is still $22M.

I guess they can let J Gar. open up a dog sitting service at the stadium where they pay him $15M a year to watch all the other players dogs and then just sign him to a $5M deal, you know get around that pesky salary cap.

  13. Good..let him stay in New England..that means the patriots can't fool some dumbass team into trading a high pick again like w Cassell or even Mallet.

The hype was all the same w Cassell..except at least Cassell started for a majority of a season & won games.Jimmy G has played only a handful of games & couldn't even stay healthy for that.

It's in The Patriots & fans best interest to hype this guy cause w him the party never has to end when cell phone boy retires. But it's one thing to execute the Patriots offense..it's another to win in the clutch the way Brady has..There's no way Patriot fans can know how he'll be in the clutch or if he can take hits the same way Brady has..and the chances are extremely thin of him coming anywhere close to replicating it
