They found a sucker, Judge Napolitano from Fox News, to push the espionage claim despite not having any evidence. It's actually easier to blame it on the Brits though. Why? Because Congress and the DOJ just can't waltz into England and demand evidence of some yahoo op that never happened just because they feel like investigating our president running his mouth on twitter.

A shame Obama shut down that NSA program though. Would be nice to still have a pulse on what that bulldyke from Germany is really thinking though.

Blaming anybody and everybody for shit that has never happened.

    What a jerkoff.

Also, refused to shake Merkel's hand.

Further evidence of him being a twat.

I am so enjoying the flailing anger in this thread. I would have actually voted for Trump if I knew this stuff was coming.

Just what we need - a wave of North Korean immigrants in the US taking more jobs from his voters.

I don't think Trump can bang the war drums at this point. Bush got buy-in from the Democrats on Iraq and Trump won't even get most of the GOP behind him.

This isn't a situation where war is really tenable. There are too many large hostage cities in range of North Korea's munitions, and I'm not talking nukes. The North Koreans have enough conventional artillery aimed at Seoul right now to flatten it.

The only semi-safe way to take down North Korea is via internal dissent and a coup and that option also does not exist at the moment.

You also have to factor in China's posture, which is a major element in play.

China's in a bit of a yin/yang pickle here: on one hand they don't want to join the U.S. in ratcheting up sanctions that could intensify a desparate, "cornered rat" mindset in an already psychologically fragile regime that then figures it has nothing left to lose.

Yet on the other hand you would think they'd want to take a stronger role in telling Kim Jun-fun to chill out because either way, should all hell break loose it's going to be CHINA's borders that will be overrun by fleeing North Koreans which China would need right now like a hole in the head especially when you consider the other headache they're currently dealing with: the "war islands" dispute with Japan (and Japan's big brother ally in the west). My take: Kim's military seniors have enough 'juice' to keep his hand off the trigger saving Trump from having to make a decision he's in no condition to (despite his boy Rex's bluster yesterday).

The worry right now, at least in my opinion, is not that North Korea will suddenly fly off the handle and attack somebody. It's that we'll wind up flying off the handle in some way and cause an escalation that leads to North Korea attacking somebody.

We tried to make regime change in Russia happen and what we got instead was them successfully making regime change in the USA happen.

Trump is not going to attack NK, too many business ties in China. And the same
with Russia, just too much business to spoil by making them mad:

    http://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/usa-trump-property/

"A Reuters review found that at least 63 individuals with Russian passports
or addresses have bought at least $98.4 million worth of property in seven
Trump-branded luxury towers in southern Florida."

You mean in a state where 44,000 residential properties a year are sold to foreign buyers, a whole 63 Russians bought a Trump branded property? Shocking

C'mon Br4d, you're going to suggest the USA would cause the DPRK to play the Flip Wilson "devil made me do it" gambit? .

And the "regime" comment below that gave me autism . . : )

There are enough questionable things to bring up with Trump so the article reaching on something like this is just ridiculous.

The $98.4M is the total value of the properties owned by Russians, Trump sold his branding to the developer and the article states he likely made 1-4% off initial sales and nothing off subsequent sales. Using that formula with the high of 4% commission he would have made $3.96M off the properties, and that is only if the Russian owners were the initial buyers.

What probably happened was during the crash many properties went into foreclosure and resold, meaning Trump did not make any commissions off those. Keep in mind these started selling in 2001 and South Florida was one of the worst hit areas.

Most probably any property sold in those buildings during the last 5-6 years Trump made nothing on. He sold his name to put on the building in 2001, made 1-4% off initial sales and that was it.

Ron doesn't really read any of these articles he posts, they are just negative to Trump so he posts them without any of his own thinking.

Hopefully Comey's having second thoughts about what he did last October. Too late now though.

I'm certainly not going to pay attention to your analysis.

    http://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/usa-trump-property/

"The tally of investors from Russia may be conservative. The analysis found that at least 703 – or about one-third – of the owners of the 2044 units in the seven Trump buildings are limited liability companies, or LLCs, which have the ability to hide the identity of a property’s true owner. And the nationality of many buyers could not be determined. Russian-Americans who did not use a Russian address or passport in their purchases were not included in the tally.

The review focused on Florida because the state has a large concentration of Trump-branded buildings, and determining the ownership of properties is easier there than in some other states. The resort town of Sunny Isles Beach, site of six of the seven Trump-branded Florida residential towers, stands out in another way: The zip code that includes the Sunny Isles buildings has an estimated 1,200 Russian-born residents, among the most in the country, U.S. Census data show.

In an interview, Gil Dezer said the project generated $2 billion in initial sales, from which Trump took a commission. Dezer declined to say how large a commission, citing confidentiality agreements. Garten, the Trump Organization’s chief legal officer, said Trump’s income was a mix of flat fees and percentages but declined to disclose them."

So you say you aren't going to pay attention to my analysis while you just post more of the same article. I expected nothing from you and that is what I received.

Do yourself a favor and read my analysis, you might actually learn something. Such as the likelihood Trump earned absolutely nothing in the last 10 years from those buildings.

"Six of the seven properties were the product of an agreement the New York property magnate struck in 2001 with father-and-son American developers Michael and Gil Dezer"
"Trump receives no commission on subsequent sales in all seven of the Florida residential towers."

FYI, subsequent sales means after the initial sale.
South Florida real estate sales in the early 2000's was some of the hottest in the country, the chances that any of the units did not sell within the first 5 years would be close to 0%. This would mean those Russian buyers, if they were the initial buyers, would have been buying the properties 10-15 years ago banking on Trump running for President and winning in 2016. If on the other hand they were subsequent purchasers, Trump made $0 off of them and thus there is no story but still just another that clueless gumps like you swallow hook, line and sinker.

For an Independent you sure care a lot about finding the inconsistencies with those "libs" that are around. Why is that? This coming from the same person willing to accept a tax policy based on the Bible like Ben Carson proposed. Why bother?
