If this team was smart they would go get Mike Glennon and fire Gailey

That is all. I think Mike Glennon should be brought here no matter the price. He isn't gonna command anything insane. Give him what he wants and build up the OL. Get rid of the skeleton we call Gailey; he is worthless.

    Very creative. Outside the box.

But I think Glennon's a bit too young to be OC. He might get confused and put on a uniform.

Glennon would make a great OC for our new QB Tony Romo.

Which frees us up to draft a defensive lineman in the first round and a kicker in the second.

But a kicker who is a project, right?

Gotta leave the sure-thing kicker on the board.

I was just saying that bringing in Glennon and getting rid of Gailey is something this O could use. We need a new OC and a QB. Glennon could be the QB, idk about OC lol.

We need to think of his potential.

He certainly looks old enough to be one.

What's this message boards obsession with Glennon?

It's odd. Glennon is fit for an offense similar to the one Joe Flacco operates out of. Strong play action deep throwing game. He's a statue in the pocket, and has a long release.

I'll give him credit. He's definitely a pro NFL quarterback and has a place in this league. Not sure how good he really is, but he's a heady quarterback. I don't want to give up much for him but he'd be a good stopgap option I'd think.

Don't think he's a fit for Gailey's offense whatsoever though.

Hence why we need to get rid of Gailey. Only one of many reasons.

I'm not against the idea, but what is your solution? Are we staying internal with the position (for one of the worst offenses in the league)? Are we hiring an assistant with no experience?

I like Gailey's system a lot actually. It's pretty progressive for an old geezer. I just don't like his play calling at all. It's too predictable. But he definitely has good play design. Do we know anything about Kevin Patullo, or enough to be confident in him keeping a similar system with an upgraded playcalling style?

I'm not a Glennon fan like some people are

I think he will be an Osweiler type player and I'd rather see what Petty/Hack have or draft a top QB if needed

The same guy whom was crying for Geno Smith for the past year is not a fan of a playe whom has outplayed him in nearly the same amount of time? I'm confused.

Geno Smith on the cheap was easily our best option....To be honest both Glennon and Geno are nothing special

I just don't think Glennon will be a franchise guy and I don't like statue QBs that can't move at all unless they're just that good

To me if I'm going to have to invest in a QB via money or draft picks I want to go after a guy who has the potential to be an elite QB. Glennon is just meh or average at best to me so I have no interest in putting resources towards him....If we drafted him originally then I would play him to see what he's got (like we're doing with Petty)

Glennon is going to cost money, draft picks, or both and It's just not worth it to me when I can draft someone with a higher ceiling. We also have a 4th and 2nd round QBs on the roster already

I've been a Glennon fan for a while. He went 19:6 TD:INT when he was given an opportunity in Tampa. I would love to have him compete with Petty and Hack for the starting gig next year.

If this team were smart, they'd take up a collection and try to buy out Woody. The way he's running this outfit, the team might as well fold up. Maybe we can get Bloomberg to buy it or Cuban or any billionaire with a clue as to how to assemble a management team. Everything else doesn't matter as our issues start at the top and trickle down like warm piss.
