What a strange game this was. We really did control them up front on both sides of the ball, but still somehow lost.

Unfortunately I think Revis and Marshall are beginning to show signs of aging.

Regardless of all that, if you miss extra points, you put your team in a hole. Bloody frustrating loss.

Good thing we got all those kids at WR. Can't argue about Revis, but a lot of what happened today seemed to be scheme related. Either playing under or over all game long and Cincytook advantage. With the way those guys dominated up front we should have rolled them.

Fitzpatrick cannot throw deep or even medium passes. I hope the rest of t league doesn't, catch on.

My favorite part of the game was when Jim Nance said "Folk has never missed a kick in this building in September"Then has the kick blocked and misses an extra point...The season feels over already

Yes games are decided up front but games like this do occur......a handful of big plays by the opposing offense can overshadow a stellar front 7 defensive effort. And it didnt matter that our OL played very well, tipped passes, poor throws, and a couple misreads by both QB and receivers will kill your offense at the worst possible time.

Games ARE won in the trenches. While you can look at the sacks and think our d-line was better than their d-line, that wasn't the case. Both QB were under duress for much of the game, neither had more than 2 secs, and neither QB had a run game.

Difference was that Bengals were smarter in the face of constant pressure. Much smarter.

Idk what you see but jets run game was pretty good. Fitz was just off on Some key passes today. Open Marshall in the end zone that he threw too high. Threw behind decker on a possible td.

We also seemed to forget what worked for us last year, Marshall and decker. They weren't targeted a whole lot and I felt like fitz/chan were trying to showcase two new threats in forte and Q. I looked at the stats and seen forte had 5 catches I was stunned I thought he had at least 8. Felt like every play he was running it or catching a short pass.

Need to get Powell some more touches too. Need to keep forte fresh
