'Classy' stare-down by that dbag Bautista in the 7th inning followed by an equally low brow bat flip by that ahole showboat on an ahole team with motherless, cocksucking, crap-throwing , bandwagon-jumping, frontrunning fans........did I forget anything? ALCS featuring two arrogant, showboating pair o' deuces in the Bluejays and Royals. I hope they both lose... In the "who cares?" dept. : only time I can remember going for an NL team to win it (Metropolitans, Cubs or Donnie Baseball).
These Royals. There is no botched bloop single that can't be damaging when October comes. I'm not sure I would say Price blew it because the Royals have been going opposite field on him but that single killed them. This game looked wrapped up.
Whoa talk about clutch. Ned Yost is going to be criticized for not going to Davis for the Bautista at bat.
A Game 7 would help the Mets out IMO. If Toronto wins , who knows who they would have to pitch in a Game 1. Probably Estrada if he isnt used after Stroman tomorrow. But either way it messes up their rotation not having Price being able to go until Game 2. Only problem is they would come in on a super high after winning 2 in a row in KC and that crowd will be JACKED. If KC wins a Game 7 it would probably be looked at as more of a relief than a success. And as bad as Cueto has been he's still their ace. Would much rather face Volquez or even Ventura. Their staff doesnt scare me in the least In a perfect world to me, Toronto wins tonight , KC wins tomorrow.
And after Yost worries about bringing in Davis too soon it's now irrelevant anyway if there's going to be a long delay
+1 let them beat each other up If it wasn't for that lousy dome I'd rather face Toronto. I think KC has the better pitching, don't know tho, been thru it before, and are just plain scrappy as hell
I could see Price giving us trouble if we face him. His postseason struggles are overrated to me. Stroman has been such a key for them since getting back. He's better right now than anything KC is throwing out there. Royals have the edge in the pen by a wide margin but , as Madson showed tonight , the bridge to the 9th is a lot different with Davis closing instead of Holland. As for tonight , let em wait around in the rain for 2 hours , come back and have to play 15 innings..and another 12 tomorrow. That would please me lol.
Brutal not to score atleast 1 there for the Jays. Nice job by Davis coming in after that delay. That had all the makings of a disaster for KC. World Series SET!
