Ingress is basically an augmented reality massively multiplayer online role playing GPS dependent game. You walk around establishing portals at places of public art, landmarks, etc. Capturing them to gain more control for your chosen faction. Hard to explain but the game has a massive following all over the world and it seems pretty cool to play. If I read correctly, probably didn't, an endgame event will force players to participate in a scavenger hunt for prize worth 1mil.
on and off since last year. Its fun for awhile to obtain locations but I cant keep up in maintaining portals to connect with other portals elsewhere in the world.
