If you had to buy just one jersey TODAY and wear it for two years, which one would you spring for?

I've always put my favorite number on the jersey and never placed a name. That way, the jersey never gets old or dated.

I buy throwbacks of retired players from China for $80. It doesn't break the bank, they look as good as the real thing, I don't care if they get dirty when I tailgate, and I don't ever have to worry about the jersey becoming obsolete because the player leaves the Jets. I have two Namath jerseys ( one got grill grease on it) and I just bought two Martin jerseys for my son.

    The Thing

Best part is how the entire movie is explained in the first 5 minutes

I don't have anything other than Jet team stuff, so I will assume the question really is which of the four is the best candidate to succeed and root for in the next two years. Gotta be Milliner from that list, imo. Can't pick a rookie, and imo Milliner showed much more promise last year than Smith.

Ftr I assume Richardson was not included since he would have been the runaway choice.

Too bad they f'd up the latest reboot a few years ago. Classic movie with Kurt Russell and a few other faces I should remember.

Well, it wasn't a true reboot, more of a prequel, and lacked the all star cast, and was packed with CGI, but I thought they did a decent job explaining what happened leading up to Carpenter's movie. And the tie in during the credits was cool.

Definitely didn't halfway measure up to the first movie, but my expectations of suck didn't prove out, IMO, I really thought it would be monumentally terrible.

Took me a couple of years to get up the fortitude to watch it, that's for sure.

I'm with Byz on this one. Not a turrible prequel. I kind of liked it although it paled in comparision to the original. Better than that abomination Prometheus.

At the risk of turning this into a movie thread (if it hasn't already), I liked the heck out of Prometheus, even though it didn't connect with the Alien movies until the end.

Then again, I enjoy alien creationism theories, so it may be a difference of philosophy.

Dont get me wrong, I like Prometheus as a stand alone movie.

Putting an Alien sticker on it as a marketing ploy to pump up the movie IMHO was so shallow. It had literally nothing to do with the original franchise.

Hard to believe that the one character that didn't have a speaking part turned into a Western character that lived on the air for the better part of 18 years. The original b/w Scifi's will always be near and dear to my heart.

For 100pts, what was this character's name and for a bonus, what was the long running TV show he starred in?
