http://www.nfl.com/incognito I really recommend reading this story for any NFL fan and no it's not because this is a Dolphins player. I will post it here too ... amazing work by Jeff Darlington on a guy that had a bad reputation and was on the way to losing his career.
sorry for the length ... I loved the story ... particularly the quote from his dad ... "I'd tell him, 'Payback is going to come, Richie. When it's time for you to have your payback, you open up the gates of hell and make them stare at the devil.'
Awesome story. Hopefully eventually he can kick the paxil like Ricky did, but if it helped him out, thats great. Ricky Williams was always one of my favorite stories. Breathing (yoga) and meditation is the answer (imo), and im glad more and more people are starting to learn from it.
great story! there are so many people out there living with depression and anxiety and they are afraid of getting help because its not "manly" well i think richie incognito is plenty manly... and he is getting help, whats your excuse?
Dont kid yourself. Incognito is a needling cheap shot jerk. Always has been,...always wil be. He's one of those offensive lineman who look to "accidently" step on a guy's hand when he's lying down on the field.
Here is the post the father made at finhaven Full story: http://deadspin.com/is-richie-incognitos-dad-blasting-jonathan-martin-on-m-1457997230
Maybe it's true? He also talked about Martin being suicidal which would explain why the taunting by Incognito would push him to the point of leaving the team. The sad part I inferred from that was that Incognito knew Martin had mental issues, and kept at it regardless.
Ok? But his son admittedly had a drug addiction problem. So if you are saying Martin is on drugs and cannot be believed, wouldn't that apply to your son?
You didn't the father did. That's why I don't understand how he could call drug abuse out when it's in his own family.
