anyone know where to download them, and how to get them onto the xbox/ps2/gamcube/360?

Those rosters are up now. You need a Transfer Kit and Memory Card to use them though.

For xbox 360: (ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE "XCHANGE 360")

save the file to your desktop
Put the file into the "X360 Memcard Images" folder (in My Documents)
plug in your memory card & Datel transfer kit
OPen up the XCHANGE 360 program
Click on the Hard Drive tab, select the file, click on the Mem. card icon
plug mem card into your 360
on the dashboard, System>Memory>MU>Games>NCAA Football 07>Roster-FKrosters-com>Copy
