Well, I've been trying since 9:30 to get tickets to the 5/19 Yankees at Mets game. I had three, along with two to a Rockies-Mets game, and then I ran out of time. I couldn't get back on after that. Here I am close to noon and single game tickets for all NYY-NYM games are currently unavailable. Does "currently unavailable" also mean "sold out"?

Boy, am I pissed. I had mezz tickets and then ran out of time by 10, 15 seconds or so.

I did secure tickets to an April 21 Mets at Padres game and an August 16 Mets at Phillies game.

All I've done from 9:30 till now is try to get Mets tickets and curse at the computer. I have not showered and have not drank anything. The only thing I ate was a cup of yogurt.

I've missed one opening day in the past 12 years... I was on a flight to Vancouver and we actually flew over the stadium during the game so I feel like I was there... anyway I believe ShadeTree has me covered (again) on tix. It's tradition!

I always found the 48th game to be more special than Opening Day, but that's just me.

Yeah, I was just being silly. However, I do prefer going to a July or August night game over a potentially cold April day.

Yeah we take the train to Woodside. We all like to drink, no one wants to drive.

Nice place, has a bathroom and some pub grub.

Depends we show up or try to by 11:00-11:30 a nice power hour. Its a couple of stops on the Train/Subway (7)
