Late Night TV shows

What is the best late night TV show? Throughout my life I've kind of wandered between a few of them and have recently settled on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson but I'm not really emotionally invested in it at this point. I also hate Jimmy Fallon from his SNL days.

Does anyone watch late night TV? Which one is the best? Which is the worst?

I'm not even a republican and I enjoy this show. They always have some really interesting topics and Remi Spencer and SE Cupp are always some good late night eye candy. It's actually a very funny show and unlike most things on Fox News done with the intent to be funny.
