If Leinart goes with Tom Condon, that would be bad news for anyone drafting him. Steinberg always gets his qb's good contracts but is known for being flexible in his negotiations and easy to work with. Condon is a hardass and likes having his players holding out until he gets everything he wants.

What's interesting about Steinberg is that he got fired by Justice, because Justice thought he was spending too much time on Leinart. Then Leinart dumps him. Ouch.
