Great comeback win over UConn. This pleases me for 2 reasons:

- Duke returns to the throne as #1 (barring a slip-up at home Sunday against The U).
- Nova takes a big step towards a 1 seed. I have been living in fear of Nova being the 2 seed in Duke's region.

Duke never should of been #2 anyway, aside from losing a week or 2 later what warrented UConn being at #1.

UConn is great and probably the more talented of the 2 teams and I had no problem with them taking over at #1 when Duke lost, that's just how it works. In the end it won't matter anyway who's number 1 heading into the tournament since UConn is basically a lock for the 1 in the DC region (unless Nova beats them again at UConn and wins the BE tourney) and Duke for the 1 in Atlanta (unless they lose more than once before the ACC tourney, and even then they should take precedence over Texas and Memphis because of regular season victories over each and a superior RPI number). I'm actually going to pull for UConn from here on out so they are at worst the #2 overall team, that way a potential matchup with Duke wouldn't happen until the Finals.

Why not? They had 1 loss just like duke(we all know duke should have a couple more except for some questionable calls that helped them win which led to some suspensions of refs) and they beat the team that beat duke. W/o question UConn is the best team in the Country, I hate to say it but the ACC stinks this year and while the BE isn't as great as some lead you to believe it is MUCH more difficult than the ACC this year.

The bottom line is UConn and duke have basically sewed up #1 seeds so who's #1 in the rankings is meaningless.
