You failed to even metion the rooks and Father Time wont be in Green and White there is way to many Qbs . If Pennington goes down or fails as a Q.b the Jets would be lucky to receive a 2nd rd pick . But on the whole article it is put together very well !

If you look at recent stories (end of the dynasty page there is a link), you will see why i don't talk about Clemens nor Washington...i did not draft them, i traded some picks.....

Sorry but i don't know who is Father Time, as living in France i'm only a football amateur...

Do you think i must add something else ( a player or a pick ) to get a first round pick for Pennington ?

thanks for reading my page, you can leave comments..

Absolutely, i just finished 2005 season...4-12 like edwards...
Now, i'm making adjustments for offseason.
I choosed to fire Edwards, but went for Schottenheimer instead of Mangini, i didn't want a Pats coach...

For Draft, my first round was the same as real (D'Brick and Mangold), as i think offensive line is the right place to start rebuilding. Then i wanted a TE but none left pleased me, so i searched for a trade an found an agreement with Jaguars for Matt Jones (can play QB/WR/TE) but costly (no Clemens, no Schlegel, no Smith...).

After Draft, my project was to stockpile 3 first round pick for next year : like this, depending of my draft position, i will be able to trade up 2 first rd picks for better position ( I'll target Brady Quinn ), and look for a "Curtis like" RB.

So i choosed to make sacrifices this season (a real rebuilding), trading Chad Pennington and Shaun Ellis to get the Draft picks.

Now, i'm updating the rosters for 2006, but some important players retired (Trent Green, Brad Johnson, Mark Brunnel, McCardell...), so i must make some "what if"...like Chad Pennington to Chiefs, Kerry Collins to Vikings, Ramsey stay a Redskins, Testaverde comes back to Jets...etc...

I'll finish the update this week-end, make 2 or 3 articles to complete the team presentation, then i'll start playing next week and update my page as game will be played...

i'll be glad to have some readers...

see you
