It's all about money and organization. :) For what it's worth you are one of the reasons I read this board. I love Bradway and Stat but you absolutely won me over with that all the throws post.

I'm not really in a position to judge football knowledge so I voted on general all round knowledge. Statjeff22 stands out for mine.
This catagory was the hardest one for me because, IMO, all the nominees are worthy of the title.

I love the irony, that the most "knowledgable" award title is spelled wrong.
Oversized ego's and the " I'm right, you're wrong, so bend over" attitudes don't make these guys the most knowledgeable.
Even though I hate his name, my vote will go to Br4dw4y5ux because he was tails and Stat was Heads.

Jilozzo made several posts in 2007 whereby he put that sort of attitude out there.
Then there is nyjunc who is never wrong.
However, I don't see how your comment would apply to the other people in this poll. If people think of me that way, please tell me because I'll post differently in 2008 or leave. I didn't sign up here in 2003 to be an asshole.

Hah! Of all of the people on this board, I certainly have to have the least beef with you using that as your method of choosing, right? Damn the randomness of those coins!
Given how Cakes and I are going at it today in the NFL Forum, people actually have some data to make a choice between the two of us. Talk about irony - what if the 72 Dolphins decide who wins this award?

 this award is cursed.

Along those same lines several days back, I was thinking about mentioning the Woody Johnson ounce of ego thread.
SundayJack, winstonbiggs, Br4dw4y5ux, and myself all chimed in with our opinions on who the Jets biggest rival is.
SundayJack said it is the Dolphins.
I said it changes from time to time and that currently it is the Patriots.
winstonbiggs said it is the Raiders.
Br4dw4y5ux wrote it is between the Patriots and Dolphins...or something. He was a bit more ambiguous.
It was funny how it was four people from this poll and there were such differing opinions.

The difference btw you and me is you THINK you are always right. I don't know why you would drag my name into this.

Must I dig up examples of me admitting I have been wrong?

If there is no resolve to this tie by Friday Night, I will take it upon myself to close this one poll, and open a new one with the run-off candidates. It's fairly obvious that no one will catch the two that are leading the votes..

btw, I still haven't voted because I think several of the candidates are very deserving. I could go with either Cakes or jeff/
